I am so glad that I took the self defense classes. I am already an aware person, but now I am even MORE aware! I feel confident any where I go, day or night. The hands on experience that is taught at Red Dragon more than valuable…...it will save your life. What I like most about the classes was that we were put into real life situations with real people. We were able to practice and perfect our defense moves on these real people. For most people you don’t really know what it is like to have to hit someone. In these classes you get to become familiar with that feeling so that if and when a situation crosses your path you are ready and defensive not afraid and easy prey.
